Our platform can work with watches from a variety of different providers, meaning you can choose the one that is right for you. Watches are really versatile devices that can be used to achieve a variety of outcomes. We'll help you choose the right device for you, whether that is for you to track your own progress on step targets, stay in contact with others through calling and messaging features, sense falls, track location or raise requests for support.

We offer a range of watches with features such as GPS tracking, two way communication and health monitoring.

Fall detectors come in a variety of forms. Our teams will support you to identify the most suitable device for your needs, giving consideration to your individual risk of falling, whether this is indoor or outdoor, and what the response needs to be. Our solutions range from devices as simple as traditional pendants worn on a lanyard, through smart watches with gyroscopic sensors, and on to radar style devices that ambiently monitor a room. More advanced options are also available that can adjust lighting in response to movement and aid visibility to help prevent a fall from occurring.

Worn on a lanyard, pendant alarms have a simple button that can be configured to raise an alert of your choosing. From "I need help" to "I want a cup of tea" it can be as simple or complicated as you like. Some models have multiple options, allowing a long press to raise one alert and a double press to be different. These alerts can be directed to your support team, family, neighbours, or to our 24/7 Ingle centre depending on the response you want. Some models also have inbuilt fall detection as part of the package.

Cellular telephone using the Android operating system. Our phones enable our team to receive and manage alerts from customers using our platform. Through our application teams can see their scheduled tasks as well as receive ad-hoc alerts. They can view locations, make remote contact, and directly input care and support notes.&nbsp; We can also explore options of installing the application on your existing Android phone preventing the requirement to carry two phones and keeping costs down.

Badge holder suitable for wear on a lanyard or belt clip that will neatly hold your ID badge whilst having buttons on the back that can be discreetly pressed to raise alert if required. GPS location is provided to the response team and we can have two-way communication open to stay in contact until the situation is resolved.&nbsp;
