Joanna is the Managing Director for Technology Enabled Care for Community Integrated Care - a Social Care charity supporting over 3,000 people across England and Scotland. In her role, she leads the development and implementation of Care solutions that are enabled by technology. Joanna combines her decades of experience in senior roles in Health and Social Care, with a passion for innovation. Most recently she has led the development of a Virtual Care Centre, exploring the use of blended physical and proactive Care for people supported by the charity. Joanna also co-chairs the National Care Forum’s ‘Digital Transformation Forum'.

Graeme originally qualified as a Forensic and Analytical Chemist. Graeme joined the Social Care Sector in 2011 focussing on Quality, Compliance, and Regulation with ENABLE Scotland.
He moved to Community Integrated Care in 2015 where he headed up the Business Development department before taking the opportunity to join the newly formed Technology Enabled Care team in 2020.
The team are responsible for developing the TEC strategy and leading innovation of new models of support that embrace the possibilities offered by advances in technology, blended alongside the skills of experienced Care professionals.

Anna has worked in the Health and Social Care sector since 2016 supporting digital projects that enhance people's lives, create independence, and improve the quality of Care provided. As Technology Enabled Care Planning Lead she is passionate about the development and implementation of innovative TEC solutions. When not working she enjoys visiting family in Switzerland, reading crime novels and attending murder mystery events.

Technology Enabled Care Planning Lead

Rik began working in the Social Care Sector in 2005 after studying engineering and computing. Since then, Rik has worked in many different roles in the sector. Rik has been a part of some fantastic projects across the years, both in supportive and leadership roles. In 2020, he became a part of the Technology Enabled Care team, combining his passions. In Rik's own time, he enjoys going to new places with his partner, normally via motorcycle, relaxing sunny holidays with friends and family, and gaming with friends.&nbsp;

Technology Enabled Care Configuration Team Leader

Natalie has 15 years of Health &amp; Social Care experience, leading teams to deliver person-centred innovative support to maximise independence and support people to achieve their personal goals. Natalie leads the operational team, consisting of shift managers, and call operators. As a team, they deliver proactive and preventative remote support, utilising leading technology, and collaborating with the development team to continually seek new innovative Care solutions.

Virtual Care Centre Manager

Brian has worked in frontline Social Care operations since 2018. Brian is passionate around outcome focussed support and this led him to joining Ingle in 2025 with a view to continuing to ensure the best quality outcomes for individuals using technology. In his spare time he enjoys, going to the gym, finding new music, football and spending time with his family.

Technology Enabled Care Assessment Specialist

Gabe has worked in the Health and Social Care sector since leaving university. Gabe has worked in various roles in his career including Support Worker, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager in both England and Wales. Gabe has a passion for transformational change and this led to Gabe joining Community Integrated Care in 2023 to join the Technology Enabled Care Team. Gabe's role is to support the operational team to ensure that they are up to date with best practices, regulations and to support with assessing and improving the current service delivery.

Senior Quality Business Partner for Technology Enabled Care

Renata has worked in Social Care since 1992 specialising in employment and autism. She led teams to support people in achieving their aspirations through positive risk-taking. Renata joined TEC in 2021 using her experience to help develop solutions that work. Renata enjoys weekends at by the sea with her husband, cat and dog.

Bryden has worked in Human Resources since 2010, originally in the Security sector, moving over to the Health &amp; Social Care Sector in 2017. Bryden originally joined the charity as an HR Advisor in our Central Region and in January 2022 she joined the Technology Enabled Care team, partnering with the team to drive the People strategy forward. Bryden's role supports with transformational change, helping people understand the journey we are on and how we can achieve great things together to ensure the people we support live their best lives possible!

Senior People Business Partner

Phil's main duties within Ingle include configuring devices used and monitoring and maintaining each device. This in turn allows the team to support every individual on a person-centred basis to live the life they want to live.
Phil's most looking forward to seeing how the industry will grow and to see how Technology Enabled Care will allow the people we support to lead a fuller and more independent lifestyle.
Phil officially started working in the Care Sector in 2024 but has personal experience with supporting family and friends with Care needs for many years through many different scenarios.
Phil has worked with technology for the best part of his working career and whilst that hasn’t always been hand in hand with Care, the Care and support he has provided within his personal life has given him a deeper understanding of how his role will help people and how he can further develop within the Technology Enabled Care Sector.
